Welcome to CLEANICOL. This website is operated by RUNOR, a French simplified single-shareholder company (SASU), registered under SIREN number 106330160.
Throughout this website, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to CLEANICOL, operated by RUNOR.
By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our other applicable policies.
2. Our Products
CLEANICOL specialises in reusable microfibre cleaning cloths and related household cleaning products.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, colours and usage instructions.
Product results may vary depending on the surface, cleaning method and condition of the materials being cleaned.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed for Australian customers are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Our standard CLEANICOL offers are:
- 1 CLEANICOL cloth: $39.95 AUD.
- Buy 2, Get 2 FREE: 4 cloths for $79.90 AUD.
Applicable taxes and charges will be reflected in the total displayed before payment. We do not charge additional delivery fees for standard Australian orders under our current free-shipping offer.
Payments are securely processed through the payment providers available at checkout.
4. Orders
Customers must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to contact customers regarding payment issues, suspected fraud, unavailable products or incorrect order details.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will offer an appropriate solution, including a refund where required by law.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Our orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partners in China to customers in Australia.
Estimated order processing time: 1–2 business days.
Estimated shipping time after dispatch: 7–12 business days.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to transport conditions, public holidays and other circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds
We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
These conditions do not limit any statutory consumer rights.

7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, unsafe or not as described, customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All original CLEANICOL branding, content, graphics, photographs and website materials are owned by RUNOR or used with permission.
Unauthorised commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited except where permitted by law.
9. Privacy
We collect and process customer information for order fulfilment, customer support, website operation and other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Marketing communications are sent in accordance with applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
10. Website Availability
We take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and security of our website.
However, temporary interruptions or technical issues may occasionally occur. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are generally governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable to customers in Australia.
